摘　　要：为了提高生物工艺学教学水平,探讨了单元操作教学方式、典型产品案例教学方式的优缺点,尝试了以单元操作与典型产品案例结合的教学方法及课堂教学与实验、实习等实践性教学环节的有机结合的教学手段。经实践证实,多种方式的教学改革对学生的就业以及后续工作能力都起到显著的促进作用。Biotechnology is one of the most important specialized courses of Bioengineering.In order to improve the teaching quality of Biotechnology,the advantages and disadvantages of the teaching methods with unit process and typical products cases are discussed.The comprehensive method of unit process based on products cases is introduced into the Biotechnology course,and the classroom teaching forms an effective link with the experiment and practice teaching.The results indicate that the teaching reform is helpful for students＇ employment and promotion of social practical ability and innovative competence.
