高校科研实验室用房有偿使用难点及策略研究

摘　　要：科研实验室供需矛盾是当前不少高校尤其是理工科院校关注的热点、难点问题之一,破解这一困境的其中一个关键环节是对科研实验室用房进行有偿使用。结合广东工业大学实验室用房动态管理工作实践,指出科研实验室用房有偿使用中存在的主要问题与难点,并对有偿使用策略进行了分析,同时提出了有偿使用具体的思路与方法。The contradiction between supply and demand of scientific research laboratories is one of hot points in many colleges and universities,especially engineering universities,which should be paied attention to.One of the key to break this dilemma is to paid-use for scientific research laboratories.This paper combines the laboratory housing management work practice of Guangdong University of Technology,points out the main problems and difficulties existed in paid-use,analyzes the strategies of paid-use,and puts forward specific ideas and methods of paid-use.
