摘 要:针对逆变点焊机焊接过程比较复杂,难以建立精确的数学模型,而传统PID控制又难以达到控制质量的要求等问题,本文采用模糊PID控制技术,实现逆变点焊电源的稳定和高精度控制。在Matlab/Simulink仿真环境下,利用所设计的模糊PID控制器,建立了全桥逆变点焊电源闭环恒电流控制系统的动态仿真模型,并与传统PID控制方式下的逆变点焊电源作比较和分析。仿真结果表明,模糊PID控制较之传统PID控制,具有较高的精度和较小的超调量,输出电流能够更加快速平稳的达到目标值,控制效果更好,能够自动整定PID参数,具有适应性强、鲁棒性好、精度高的特点。该研究对模糊PID控制在逆变点焊电源中的实现具有一定的参考价值。According to the fact that the welding process of inverted resistance spot-welding machine is more complex,it's difficult to establish a precise mathematical model,while traditional PID control is difficult to achieve a better control quality.This paper adopts the fuzzy PID control techniques to achieve stability and high precision control of inverted spot-welding power supply.In Matlab/Simulink environments,using the fuzzy PID controller,the dynamic simulation model of full-bridge inverted resistance spot-welding power supply,with closed-loop constant-current control system,is established and compared with the dynamic simuliation model with the traditional PID controller.The simulation results show that the fuzzy PID controller,more precise and less overshoot,compared with the traditional PID controller,can autotuning the PID parameters so that the output current can reach the target more quickly and smoothly.So it has a better control effect,with the characteristics of strong adaptability,good robustness and high precision.The study has a certain reference value on implementing the fuzzy PID control in inverted resistance spot-welding power supply.
