摘 要:《药物合成反应》是制药工程专业一门重要的专业课程。本文针对制药工程专业学生的知识背景与需求,分析《药物合成反应》课程的特点和教学中存在的问题,结合课程的教学经验,合理组织与优化教学内容。在教学过程中,采用理论教学与实验教学相结合、强化感性认识与理性认识相结合、基本知识与研究前沿相结合等方法激发学生学习与科研兴趣,引导学生分析与解决实际问题,从而提高教学质量,增强教学效果。Pharmaceutical Synthesis Reactions was an important professional course of pharmaceutical engineering. The characteristics of the course and problems on teaching contrary to the students’ knowledge of pharmaceutical engineering background and needs were first analyzed, then teaching content legitimately combining with teaching experience in other courses was organized and optimized. In the teaching process, some methods were used to stimulate students’ interest in learning and research, including theoretical teaching combined with experimental teaching, enhancing rational knowledge combined with perceptual knowledge, the basic knowledge combined with cutting-edge research. The students were guided to analyze and solve practical problems, thereby, the quality of teaching was improved and teaching effectiveness was enhanced.
