摘  要:亚硝酸钠是一种有毒的食品添加剂,对人体有致癌作用,活性炭是一种有巨大比表面积的良吸附剂和解毒剂。为有效清除亚硝酸钠,本文研制一种新型活性炭材料—壳聚糖质活性炭对亚硝酸钠进行清除吸附研究,结果表明,此材料对亚硝酸钠有显著的清除效果,其清除率高达98%,最佳吸附条件为:样品投入量0.1g,吸附时间60min,亚硝酸钠体积15ml;吸附温度40℃,此吸附过程符合二级吸附动力学方程,吸附过程符合Freundlich模型,此材料对亚硝酸钠的清除研究具有极大的意义。Sodium nitrite is a poisonous food additive,which has a carcinogenic effect on human body.Activated carbon is a great adsorbent and antidote with huge specific surface area.To remove sodium nitrite,a new kind of activated carbon(chitosan-activated carbon)was studied as an adsorption medium of sodium nitrite.Experimental result shows that this material works obviously insodium nitrite removal and the clearance rate was up to 98%.The optimum adsorption conditions are:the sample input is 0.1g;the adsorption time is60min;the sodium nitrite volume used is 15ml;the adsorption temperature is 40℃.The adsorption process conforms to the second order kinetic equation.Freundlich model could describe the process properly.This material has great significance in the sodium nitrite removal research.
