摘　　要：民营饭店作为中国饭店业不可忽视的重要要力量,为中国饭店业的发展与进步作出了巨大的贡献。基于"企业资源—企业能力—企业成长"的理论框架,针对饭店行业特点及中国民营饭店成长背景的特殊性,本文以山东舜和酒店集团为例,分析了影响民营饭店企业成长的内部资源和能力要素,并对其成长模式进行归纳。在此基础上,进一步论述了三者之间的相互关系,对民营饭店企业的内在成长机制进行了探索性研究。As an important power of the Chinese hotel industry, the private hotels have made great contributions to its development and improvement. Based on the theoretical framework of ＂enterprise resources- enterprise abilities- enterprise growth＂, taking into account the characteristics of the hotel industry and the particular growth background of Chinese private hotels, this paper takes an example of the Shunhe Hotel Group to analyze the inner resources and ability factors intlueneing the private hotels＇ growth and to deduce the growth mode of private hotels. The interactive relationships of these three items are fur- ther analyzed and the inner growth mechanism of the private hotels are investigated.
