强化民族高校国有资产精细化管理的思考

摘　　要：近年来,我国加大了对高等教育的投入,民族高校的国有资产也获得了极大的增长。与此同时,高校在进行资产管理的过程中出现了一些问题。基于其存在的问题,对中央民族大学等十所民族高校的国有资产管理情况进行了梳理,并进行了详细的案例分析,以期总结出我国民族高校的国有资产管理情况、存在的问题、问题产生的原因及相应对策,不断提高民族高校对于国有资产的管理水平,实现资产管理高效化、有序化和精细化。Along with the deepening of economic globalizafion and the gradual maturity of our national market oriented economic system, more and more enterprises are confronted with more unpredietable and fierce competition environment. Only enterprises have to adopt effective financial decision method that provides valuable information and scientific anticipation and caleulation for the future operation and sustainable development can they remain invincible in the competition. This paper takes the systematically combing to modem financial forecasting method as a basic and focuses on the more in depth discussion in the basic principle of time series method, practical application and the problems that should be paid attention in application. It aims to have enterprises had scientific decision in applying modem finaneial decision method, create and advance theoretical foundation and practical guidance to the enterprises＇ values.
