摘　　要：我国民族地区法学教育面临着自身发展后劲不足与外部因素制约的双重困扰。从民族地区的实际出发,立足民族地区,发展有民族特色的法学教育,构建有民族特色的法律人才培养模式,是民族地区法学教育发展战略的基本方向。Legal education in ethnic areas of China is facing double trouble,by their own lack of development potential and external factors constraining. Based on the reality of national areas,Starting from the actual national regions,Developing the national characteristic of legal education,constructing the legal talent training model with the national characteristic,is the basic strategic direction of development of law education in ethnic regions.
