摘　　要：混合所有制是一种新的经济成分,是中国基本经济制度的重要组成部分,是当下中国经济发展的必然产物,实行混合所有制是中国国有企业改革与发展的正确选择。然而,一些人认为,国有企业实行混合所有制不仅不能提升国有企业竞争力、控制力和影响力,反而会加速国有资产流失,甚至有可能导致国有经济彻底"消失"。实际上这些担心是不必要的,理论上的推导和实践的发展都能够充分证明,混合所有制对中国国有企业改革具有积极的促进作用,因此,持有上述观念的组织和个人应尽快做出调整,为国有企业实行混合所有制献计献策。The mixed ownership is a kind of new economic composition, is an important part of Chinese basic economic system, is the inevitable outcome of the Chinese economic development cur^ntly, implementing the mixed ownership is the correct choice of the reform and development of state-owned enterprises of China. However, some people think that state-owned enterprises are implemented the mixed ownership is not only lift the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises, control and influence, but will accelerate the loss of state-owned assets, it could even lead to state-owned economy completely ＂disappear＂. In fact, these worries are unnecessary, the development on the theory and practice of the derivation can be fully proved that the mixed ownership has a positive role in promoting the reform of state-owned enterprises in China, therefore, organizations and indi- viduals holding the idea shall as soon as possible to make adjustments, as to implement the mixed ownership brainstorming in state-owned enterprises.
