摘　　要：提升网上教学资源建设的质量,提高网上教学活动的设计能力与教学策略的运用能力,实现教学改革与考试改革良性互动是电大向开大转型期提升开放教育行政管理专业网上教学质量的重要选择。To improve the quality of the online teaching resources, improve the design capability of online teaching activity and the application ability of teaching strategies, and realize the benignant interaction of the teaching reform and examination reform is an important chioce of improving the online teaching quality of major in administration management in the transitional period from TV University to Open University.
