摘　　要：高校心理健康课作为促进大学生心理健康发展的重要途径,如何在有限的教学时间内提高心理课堂的有效性就显得尤为重要。本文在阐述高校心理健康课堂教学有效性特征的基础上,分析高校心理健康课堂教学存在的主要问题,并提出解决高校心理健康课堂教学有效性问题的对策。With society＇s emphasis on the mental health of college students,agrowing amount of college mental health education is being brought into the classroom.Mental Health is regarded as an important element in promoting college students＇development of psychological health,so how to improve the validity of classroom teaching within limited time becomes particularly important.Based on elaboration of the characteristics of effective mental health classroom teaching in college,this thesis analyzes the main issues existing in it and proposes some corresponding countermeasures.
