摘 要:2014—2017年,教育部实施"全国中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程",在标准引领下,"培训-测评-应用"系统化提升教师信息技术应用能力。开展信息技术应用能力提升培训是提升工程的总体目标和任务之一。根据信息技术应用能力培训需求,推行"选学",分层提升,按需施训:"学用"——"会用"——"善用";教师全员培训与骨干专项培训相结合,省培引领、以校为本;采用混合式学习,强化情境体验环节,突出问题指导和应用指导;培训实施策略为:统筹规划,标准统领;应用为本,测评驱动;改革机制,创新制度。From 2014 to 2017,the Ministry of Education implements the"national primary and secondary school teachers'information technology application ability promotion project ",improving teachers'ability of information technology application systematically under the standards by the method of"training-test-application".Promoting training of information technology application ability is the overall objective and task of this improvement project.According to the requirements of information technology application ability training,we should promote"selected learning " and stratified improvement,and organize training to meet demands:"learn" —"master "—"excel";combine training for all teachers and the special training for elites with provincial training as the leader and school training as the basis;use blended learning,highlighting the situation experience,problem guidance and application guidance. Training implementation strategies are as follows:overall planning,standard commands,application orientation,test driving,mechanism reform and system innovation.
