摘　　要：教师核心价值观是社会主义核心价值体系的重要组成部分,其内涵的构建和凝练是促进学生健康成长的需要,教师实现自我完善的需要,推动社会进步的需要。构建过程中,要坚持职业性原则、时代性原则、实践性原则和国际化原则,以此为基础,可以将当代教师核心价值观凝练为"忠于祖国、献身教育,学为人师、行为世范,仁爱厚生、有教无类,爱岗敬业、安贫乐道,勤于探索、传承创新"。The teacher＇s core value is an important part of the socialist core value system, and its connotation construction is the need to promote the healthy growth of the students, to achieve the self perfection of teachers, and to make social progress. During the construction, we should adhere to the principle of occupation, age, practice and internationalization. On this basis, the core values of contemporary teachers can be summarized as the ＂loyal, education, teacher, model, love, respect, fate, exploration, inheritance and innovation＂.
