摘　　要：在分析当前医学院校应用心理学专业人才培养模式的现状与问题基础上,建构了"一本三结合"创新性人才培养模式,即以学生为本,加强课内教学与课外活动相结合、教学与科研相结合、理论与实践相结合;并提出具体举措,探索其对学生综合素质及能力提升的作用。Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems about the training mode for the applied psychology in medical colleges,to construct the innovation talents cultivating ＂ One Base Three Combination＂ mode,which core is student.In the cultivating mode,we are going to strengthen the three combinations,including class teaching and extracurricular activities,teaching and doing researches,theory and practice,and then take some measures to explore the model＇s functions in enhancing the college students＇ comprehensive qualities and abilities.
