摘  要:对文山州广南县9个具有代表性的农村饮用水源点进行细菌总数和大肠菌群的检测,初步了解云南省文山州广南县农村饮用水卫生状况。在选定的9个水源点进行水样采集,并用平板菌落计数法和多管发酵法分别对水样中细菌总数和大肠菌群进行检测。发现水样6和水样7细菌总数<100个/m L,其余水样>100个/m L;9个水样的大肠菌群均有检出。通过检测发现,所抽取9个饮用水水源均不符合我国饮用水卫生标准(GB5749-2006),不适宜直接饮用。The sanitary condition of drinking water in rural areas of Wenshan Yunnan province is investigated through testing total bacteria and coliform bacteria contained in nine representative drinking water resources in Guangnan county of Wenshan Prefecture. Total bacteria and coliform bacteria in the water samples, collected from nine water resources, are tested using plate count methods and multiple-tube fermentation technique. The total bacteria is less than 100/ml in No. 6 and 7 water samples, but the rest are more than 100/ml. Coliform bacteria have been detected in all samples. The water quality from nine water resources does not meet drinking water standards(GB5749-2006), so it is unift to drink directly.
