高职德育工作中的素质教育初探

摘　　要：思想教育是素质教育工作的重点部分,加强对党的指导思想、方针路线、伟大构想的认识和学习是作为一名高职学生最基本的素质要求,是培养社会主义"四有"新人的重要前提,决定着高职学生对未来的规划和对自我的定位,是学生们正确人生观形成的向导和根本保证。素质教育是一个较为广泛的范畴,如何在实际工作中开展好还需要根据具体的情况来分析,要做到与时俱变。与时俱变要求我们要随着社会的发展变化、时代对人才的需求的变化,不断解放思想,要将创新理念融入到实践中去。Ideological education is the key part of quality education w ork, to strengthen the understanding and learning of the party＇s guiding ideology, policy and course, and great idea is the basic quality requirement for higher vocational students, and the important premise to train the socialist ＂four virtues＂, it decides the future planning and self-positioning of higher vocational students, and is the guide and the fundamental guarantee for students to formcorrect outlook on life. Q uality education is a relatively broad category, how to carry out w ell in the actual w ork needs to be analyzed according to the specific situation, and change w ith the times. This requires us to change w ith the development of the society, w ith the need of the times for talents, constantly emancipate the mind and merge innovative ideas into practice.
