急救模拟训练在心内科轮转护士培训中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨应用急救模拟训练对提高心血管内科轮转护士急救能力的效果。方法：选择2011年7月~2013年7月新毕业轮转我科的护士120名,随机等分为试验组和对照组,对照组采用常规教学法,试验组在采用常规教学方法的基础上增设急救模拟训练,比较两组医师对护士抢救配合的满意度、出科前急救模拟训练考核成绩及采用自设问卷调查护士急救能力。结果：采用急救模拟训练的轮转护士急救能力明显高于常规教学法训练的护士,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论：急救模拟训练能提高新毕业轮科护士的急救能力,是一种理想的低年资护士在职培训方法,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To explore the effect of emergency simulation training nurses aid training in cardiovascular medicine rotation capability. Methods：The 120 newly graduated nurses were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Control group used conventional teaching methods,additional aid in the experimental group received conventional simulation training in teaching methods. Comparison of two groups doctors′s satisfaction with the rescue, chuke first aid and the use of simulation training examination scores own survey of nurses emergency capacity. Results：The first aid skills of rotary nurses with emergency simulation training was higher than normal teaching methods （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Emergency simulation training can improve the new graduate nurses emergency round ability,is an ideal low-seniority nurse job training methods,it is worthy of clinical application.
