摘　　要：从高校绩效管理研究成果的数据进行分析,得出高校绩效管理研究现状,分析总结出高校如要顺利推进绩效管理,应加快高校绩效管理理论系统的研究、加大管理人员的培养力度。期望对高校绩效管理后续研究,高校今后推进绩效管理具有一定借鉴和指导作用。This paper,based on the analysis in the research data of performance management in colleges,has found out the status quo of research on performance management. The authors have raised some strategies for accelerating systematic researches on performance management theory,stepping up the training of management personnel in promoting performance management in colleges,hoping this can provide some reference and guidance for the further study and promotion in performance management in colleges.
