摘　　要：新建本科院校存在着单纯专业思维现象,对学科建设重视不够,向应用型本科转型加重了这一倾向。学科是高等学校的基本单元,学科建设是高等学校内涵建设和形成核心竞争力的关键路径,新建本科院校必须加强学科建设。从现实出发,新建本科院校可从思想认识、组织建设、队伍建设、投入政策、方向凝练等多方面着手,强化学科建设。In the new undergraduate college, there is the phenomenon that emphasis on professional and con- tempt discipline. New undergraduate college must pay attention to the discipline construction, because the disci- pline is the basic element, discipline construction is the key path constructing connotation and forming the core competitiveness of colleges and universities. Discipline can be to improve from strengthening ideological under- standing, organization , academic team building , policy improvement, concise direction and other aspects.
