摘　　要：在信息技术不断发展的今天,传统单一型的高校德育环境发生了巨大的变化。在这样的背景下,"务虚"态度的建立有其必要性。要进一步推进虚拟环境在高校德育环境中的运用,努力加强"虚""实"结合,做好立法、网络监管等方面的工作,使网络在高校中能够更好地发挥德育作用。With the constant development of information technology in nowadays, great changes have taken place in the traditional single type of moral education environment in colleges and universities. And, in this context, the establishment of ＂virtuality＂ has its necessity. We will further promote the application of virtual environment in colleges and universities＇ moral education environment. We will try to strengthen the relationship between ＂virtuality＂ and ＂reality＂. Also, we should fully develop these aspects like legislation, network supervision to make sure that the network can give full play to the functions of moral education in colleges and universities.
