摘  要:耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学具有部位深在、腔道弯曲、结构精细、功能复杂、联系密切的解剖学和生理学特点,而且专业性强、教学课时数少、见习带教难度大;"以问题为基础学习"(PBL)的教学方式注重培养学生自主学习能力、团队合作及沟通能力,成为传统教学方式的良好补充。因此,在见习教学过程中,将以问题为基础学习和以授课为基础学习联合应用,以提高耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学的见习质量。Probation teaching of otolaryngology head and neck surgery is full of challenge because of its characteristics of deep posi-tion,bent cavity,elaborate structure,complex function and closely correlation in anatomy and physiology,and less teaching hours. Prob-lem-based learning(PBL) focuses on the development of students self-learning ability,teamwork and communication skills,and it has become a good supplement to traditional teaching methods. Therefore,in order to improve the probation quality, problem-based learning and lecture-based learning were combined during the probation period.
