摘　　要：高校实验室是培养高素质创新人才的重要基地。如何建设好民族地区高校实验室,是民族地区高校建设的一项重要任务。文章将泛木桶理论应用于民族高校实验室管理,提出实验室管理部门要结合民族地方特色,引入科学的管理理念,统筹兼顾,挖掘落后实验室的潜力,为其注入新的活力。同时树立先进实验室的领头作用,充分发挥其核心竞争优势,在团结合作、同心协力的氛围中打造具有超强凝聚力的和谐实验室团队。Laboratory is an important base of cultivating high-quality innovative talents. Therefore,how to build laboratories in colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas is an important task of the construction of colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas.This paper applies ＂pan-barrel theory＂national university laboratory management,put forward national university laboratory management departments should combine national local characteristics. Introducing scientific management idea,unified planning and looking for the potential will bring more opportunity to the development of such laboratory. Meanwhile,we set up advanced laboratory in the lead role,maximize advantages and strengthen competitiveness and to work together to build a harmonious laboratory team with super cohesive force.
