摘　　要：农业推广专业硕士学位是我国近十几年才设置的专业学位类型,渔业领域是其中一个重要的领域,尤其是全日制专业学位研究生教育正处于创新和发展阶段。关于如何实施科学管理和创新培养模式才能提高该领域研究生培养质量,很有必要在实践中深入地探索和研究。本文在招生、培养、学位授予等方面十多年实践的基础上,就如何提高渔业领域专业学位研究生教育质量进行了探索和思考。Professional degree postgraduate for agricultural ex-tension is a professional degree type set over one decade ago in China, and fishery field is an important field in it, especially at the innovation and development stage of full-time professional degree postgraduate education. As for how to implement scientific management and innovative cultivation mode to improve the postgraduate cultivation quality in the field, a further exploration and research is necessary in practice. Based on over one decade＆#39;s practice from enrollment, cultivation and degree conferring, this paper makes an exploration and reflection on how to improve the education of professional degree postgraduates majoring in agri-cultural extension （fishery field）.
