摘 要:文章结合武汉大学开展教学竞赛的实践,应用案例研究和文献研究法,分析得出教学竞赛与提高教学质量面临的问题是同源的。说明青年教师讲课竞赛能带动课堂教学水平的提升,从更基础的层面上确保了教学质量。立足于培养拔尖创新人才,开展青年教师讲课竞赛是未来的发展趋势。Combined the activity of teaching competition which was carried out in Wuhan University with the application case study and literature methodology, the paper analyzes the prob-lems which are faced by teaching competition and teaching qual-ity improvement, and gets a conclusion that the root cause for the two problems is actually the same. The paper also illustrates that the teaching competition among young teachers may not only promote the classroom-teaching level, but also guarantee the teaching quality from a more fundamental level. Finally, the pa-per forecasts that basing on cultivating topnotch innovative talents and carrying out young teacher lecture competition are future de-velopment trend.
