摘 要:旅游文化概论是旅游管理专业的必需课程,具有实践性、复杂性、广泛性和大众性的特点。在具体的教学过程中,应该提高旅游文化概论课堂教学的艺术性;利用相关文学、艺术作品,扩展学生视野;采用多种教学方式,提高学生的学习兴趣和学习积极性;将讨论法和案例分析法引入教学中,拓展学生思路,培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力;改革期末考核方式,将考试成绩和平时成绩相结合,推动教学的深入开展。Introduction to Tourism Culture, as a compulsory course for the major of tourism management, is practical, compli-cated, extensive and popularized. In specific teaching process, the art of classroom teaching for the course should be improved; students' horizons should be broadened by using relevant literary and artistic works; students' learning interest and initiative should be improved by using various teaching methods; students' think-ing should be expanded and their abilities of analyzing and solv-ing problems should be cultivated through introducing discus-sion-based approach and case analysis approach to teaching; the final evaluation method should be reformed, combining final ex-amination performance with routine performance, in order to pro-mote the further development of teaching.
