大学生参与公益事业的政策工具研究——以上海电机学院为例

摘　　要：本文以上海电机学院为研究对象,从命令、诱导、能力建设和制度变革四个方面对大学生参与公益事业的执行效果进行分析。总结得出目前大学生参加公益活动的政策工具有以下问题:命令较多,资源较少,能力建设收获不一,制度建设仍需完备。With Shanghai Dianji University as the research object, this paper analyzes the practical effect of university students＆#39; participation in public welfare undertakings from commands, guidance, ability construction and system reform. It summarizes the current problems of policy tools for university students to par-ticipate in public welfare undertakings, such as too many com-mands, insufficient resources, poor effect of ability construction and imperfect system construction.
