摘  要:【目的】对广州市、江门市、东莞市、乌鲁木齐市、喀什市和博乐市的多家农贸市场采集的生鸡肉及鲜鸡蛋样本,了解部分市售的生鸡肉及鲜鸡蛋被大肠杆菌O157:H7污染的情况。【方法】样品经EC肉汤增菌、免疫磁珠富集后,用SMAC平板和MUG培养基进行初步筛选,再用rfb E和fli C基因对筛选后的可疑菌株做PCR检测,同时结合生化实验的方法进行符合性检验。【结果】所有的66份鸡肉和97枚鲜鸡蛋中均未检出大肠杆菌O157:H7。【结论】被检地市售的生鸡肉和鲜鸡蛋未被大肠杆菌O157:H7污染,食用时相对比较安全。【Objective】In order to understand the situation of E. coli O157: H7 contamination on raw chicken and fresh eggs,and samples were taken from markets of Guangzhou,Jiangmen,Dongguan,Urumqi,Kashi and Bole.【Method】After EC- broth being enriched and immunomagnetic beads accumulated,SMAC plate and MUG broth were used to select the bacteria. Selected bacteria were tested about rfb E and fli C gene by PCR. Biochemical test was taken for compliant inspection.【Result】The result showed that none of E. coli O157: H7 were found in all samples of 66 chicken and 97 eggs.【Conclusion】It suggested that chicken and eggs from the markets were not contaminated by E. coli O157: H7. It's safe for human consumption.
