大肠杆菌O157:H7在部分市售鸡肉和鸡蛋中的污染状况调查

摘　　要：【目的】对广州市、江门市、东莞市、乌鲁木齐市、喀什市和博乐市的多家农贸市场采集的生鸡肉及鲜鸡蛋样本,了解部分市售的生鸡肉及鲜鸡蛋被大肠杆菌O157:H7污染的情况。【方法】样品经EC肉汤增菌、免疫磁珠富集后,用SMAC平板和MUG培养基进行初步筛选,再用rfb E和fli C基因对筛选后的可疑菌株做PCR检测,同时结合生化实验的方法进行符合性检验。【结果】所有的66份鸡肉和97枚鲜鸡蛋中均未检出大肠杆菌O157:H7。【结论】被检地市售的生鸡肉和鲜鸡蛋未被大肠杆菌O157:H7污染,食用时相对比较安全。【Objective】In order to understand the situation of E. coli O157： H7 contamination on raw chicken and fresh eggs,and samples were taken from markets of Guangzhou,Jiangmen,Dongguan,Urumqi,Kashi and Bole.【Method】After EC- broth being enriched and immunomagnetic beads accumulated,SMAC plate and MUG broth were used to select the bacteria. Selected bacteria were tested about rfb E and fli C gene by PCR. Biochemical test was taken for compliant inspection.【Result】The result showed that none of E. coli O157： H7 were found in all samples of 66 chicken and 97 eggs.【Conclusion】It suggested that chicken and eggs from the markets were not contaminated by E. coli O157： H7. It＇s safe for human consumption.
