摘 要:及时、准确地发现机械结构的早期损伤并采取措施,防止因损伤扩展而导致发生灾难性事故,无疑具有重要的理论意义和重大的社会经济效益。为实现对复杂结构损伤的准确识别,本文提出一种改进的最小二乘支持向量机响应面方法,并将其运用于发射台骨架的模型修正及损伤识别。通过对核函数、输入样本数据及训练样本选择方法的改进,经损伤识别数值仿真及实验验证,结果表明改进响应面方法较传统灵敏度方法的识别效果更好,且收敛性及精度大大提高,为解决大型复杂结构的损伤识别问题提供了新思路。If the early damage of fnechanical structures can be identified timely and accurately, the sudden failure and other catastrophic accidents may be avoided, and then the theoretical significance and social economic benefits can be undoubtedly achieved, in order to improve the damage identification effect of complex structure, a new re- sponse surface method(RSM) based on Least Square-Support Vector Machine (LS-SVM)was proposed, and it was used in model updating and damage identification for the framework of a launch platform. The kernel function and the selection method of training samples was improved by the damage identify example and experiment. The results show that the improved response surface method is better than traditional sensitivity method. The convergence and the precision are also greatly improved. It provides a new idea for the damage identification of large and complex structures.
