摘　　要：高校是一个特殊的学术组织,其内部管理表现出组织结构上的二重性,即传统的管理科层结构与教师决策结构。高校内部管理体制在本质上表现为管理权力与专业权力的博弈与平衡。要促进我国高校学科建设的健康与发展,就必须在管理机构、管理制度、运行机制与管理文化等方面做出创新。Higher educational institution,as ganizational structure： traditional bureaucratic a special academic organization,shows duality of the oradministration structure and teacher decision - making structure. Internal administration system in higher educational institutionin in essence is the fight and balance between administration power and professional power. Only break through the constrain factors in the internal administration system, that is to say, make innovation in the aspects of administration structure, administration authority, operation mechanism , administration culture and so on, can it promote the healthy and development of subject construction.
