考试考核标准中的激励机制分析

摘　　要：合适的考试标准应该能够对学生和教师起着激励作用。针对考试考核标准的评价难题,将教师——学生组合作为研究对象,用激励灰度表示激励作用的程度;分析了考试考核标准下单个组合的收益,对激励灰度进行定性分析;然后分别从两个组合和组合群体的博弈过程中的收益,来分析各自的行动策略,得到考试评价标准激励程度的定量描述。Appropriate test standards should be able to play an incentive role for both students and teachers.This paper aims at the evaluation of the examination and assessment criteria,with the teacherstudent combination as the research object,using gray scale to indicate the degree of incentive motivation.We analyze the benefits of single combined examination standards,and make a qualitative analysis of the incentive gray; then based on the game process of the two combinations and combination groups benefit analysis,we analyze their action strategy,and obtain the quantitative description of the incentive degree of the examination and evaluation standards.
