摘　　要：管理和科学技术一样也成为生产力的重要组成部分,在推进管理变革和创新的过程中,如何科学测度企业管理创新成效成为理论和实务界的一大难题。文章在文献综述的基础上,采用增量绩效思想研究建立了一套测度企业某项管理创新举措实践成效的定量模型,并结合电网企业特点研究构建了测度电网企业管理创新增量绩效的模型,以国网江苏、重庆公司为例开展了实证应用研究。通过研究文章得出如下结论:开展企业管理创新增量绩效的定量测度十分必要而迫切;增量绩效思想是测度企业管理创新成效的可行思路和方法;管理创新举措的实践成效可以从效益贡献、效率提升和能力增强三个方面予以反应;电网企业有必要采用增量绩效评价模型进行年度评价和内部对标,以提升内部各单位的企业管理水平。Management has also become an important part of the productivity like science and technology. In the process of promoting the management reform and innovation, it is a major problem to measure the effectiveness of enterprise management innovation scientifically in theory and practice. Based on a literature review, adopting incremental performance thought, this paper establishes a quantitative model to measure the performance of management innovations practice results. Combining with the characteristics of grid enterprises, it also builds an evaluation model of management innovation incremental performance. And it makes an empirical application study by using the evaluation model to study Jiangsu and Chongqing Company of State Grid Corporation of China. Through the study, we draw the following conclusions. It is necessary and urgent to carry out measuring the incremental performance of enterprise management innovation quantitatively. The incremental performance idea is a feasible idea and method to measure the innovation effectiveness of enterprise management. The effectiveness of management practices innovations can be reflected from three aspects, benefit contribution,efficiency enhancement and ability strengthen. It is necessary for grid enterprise to adopt an incremental performance evaluation model to make annual evaluation and internal benchmarking so as to improve the management level.
