摘  要:应用HPLC法和Berthelot比色法对发芽糙米中γ-氨基丁酸含量的测定效果进行对比研究。分别建立了2种γ-氨基丁酸的定量测定方法,利用Berthelot比色法以及HPLC与柱前衍生相结合的方式,对发芽糙米中γ-氨基丁酸含量进行测定。结果表明,HPLC法分离度和重复性好,精密度高,结果准确,适用于发芽糙米中γ-氨基丁酸含量的痕量分析;Berthelot比色法操作简单快速,适用于大批量样品中γ-氨基丁酸含量的测定。GABA content in germinated brown rice was determined by using the HPLC and Berthelot colorimetric methods in this study.Their results were compared at the same time.Accordingly,two quantitative determination methods of GABA were developed.They were Berthelot colorimetric method and HPLC which combining with precolumn derivatization.Both of them were used to identify GABA level in the experiment.The result indicates that the HPLC is good at separation and reproducibility,high in precision,as well as precision in result.It can be used as a method of quantitative determination of GABA.Berthelot colorimetric method is simple and rapid.Thus,it is available to determine GABA level from a large number of samples.
