摘　　要：通过发放问卷与数据分析,本研究提出了我国高校少数民族学生管理的路径和办法,主要包括:在生活方面,鼓励各民族学生和睦相处;在学习方面,对少数民族学生给予照顾和指导;在经济方面,提供助学金和奖学金;在思想方面,对少数民族学生进行教育和引导;在文化方面,重视重大民族节日的庆祝活动。高校对少数民族学生管理应以国家政策和法规作为依据,寻求民族文化的融合与多元的平衡,以提高民族学生的学业成绩和就业能力为核心,高校在办学中要注重区域性、民族性和国际性的结合。This paper summarized the regulations that Chinese universities fbr ethnic minority students. These regulations include： encouraging students from different ethnic groups to get along with each other. For ethnic minority students, the universities provide extra-teaching, and low academic standards and celebrate ethnic minority festivals. The paper shows that the management for ethnic minority students＂ should be based on laws and regulations, and universities should facilitate ethnic minority students to improve their academic performance, find the cultural balance between integration and diversity, and integrate ethnic cultures with international one.
