摘 要:为研究三丁基氯化锡(TBTCL)对僧帽牡蛎消化酶活性的影响,将僧帽牡蛎分别在TBTCL质量浓度为0、2、5、10、50、100 ng·L-1的共6组实验海水中培养4 d,以酶学分析的方法测定消化腺淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性。结果表明不同质量浓度TBTCL对僧帽牡蛎淀粉酶、脂肪酶活力的影响表现出不同的变化趋势:TBTCL对僧帽牡蛎消化腺淀粉酶活性总体呈显著抑制作用(P<0.05),表现为从强到弱再强的抛物线趋势,在10 ng/L的质量浓度时TBTCL对淀粉酶活力的抑制作用最弱,呈显著的剂量-效应关系;各质量浓度TBTCL对脂肪酶活性具诱导效应,低质量浓度(2 ng·L-1,5 ng·L-1)诱导作用较强,随着质量浓度的升高,诱导作用减弱,呈显著的剂量-效应关系。To study the effect of tributyltin chloride on amylase and lipase activity in digestive gland, Ostrea cucullata were exposed to the tributyhin chloride of six different concentrations(0, 2 , 5, 10 , 50 and 100 ng · L^-1 ). After treatment of 1,2,3 and 4 d, the specific activities of amylase and lipase in the O. cucullata were analyzed by using enzyme analytical method respectively. It showed that ( 1 ) TBTCL had a marked inhibition effect on amylase activity in the digestive gland ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and the variation showed a parabola trend. There was the least inhibition effect at 10 ng · L^-1. It represented a dose-effect relationship. (2) In the different concentration of TBTCL, lipase activity was induced significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was higher induction at lower concentrations ( 2 ng · L^-1 and 5 ng · L^- 1 ). The degree of induction by TBTCL decreased with the increase of TBTCL concentration. The phenomena above suggested that lipase activity was significantly related to the exposure dosage. Thus, it was deduced that the activity of amylase and lipase in O. cucullata show different variation patterns under different concentrations of TBTCL.
