幼儿自主性结构游戏中的教师介入

摘　　要：研究者从角色定位、介入时机、目标指向、介入方式、关注倾向性等方面对某幼儿园6名教师在幼儿自主性结构游戏中的介入行为进行了观察和分析,发现教师在介入幼儿自主性结构游戏时存在角色定位多为控制者、介入时机把握不当、介入过度、介入效果不佳等问题.据此,研究者提出了相应建议.From the perspectives of role definition, the time of involvement, the aim of involvement,the style of involvement, and the tendency of attention, the researchers observed and analyzed 6 preschool teachers＇ behavior involved in children＇s autonomic structured play. The study shows that there exist some problems including role of controlling, wrong time of involvement, overlap of involvement, and ineffectiveness of involvement. Some suggestions are provided.
