摘　　要：目的探讨计算机辅助导航技术治疗颌面部陈旧性骨折的护理。方法回顾性分析2007年1月至2012年12月在上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院口腔颅颌面科就诊的颌面部陈旧性骨折44例患者的临床资料。所有患者均在计算机导航辅助下行骨折复位内固定术,手术前后正确评估患者的心理状况,实施有效的护理。结果 44例患者经术前设计、模拟及术中导航和精心护理,均如期手术,安全度过围术期,无手术并发症发生。结论手术前后正确评估患者的心理状况,实施有效的护理可保障计算机辅助导航技术治疗颌面部陈旧性骨折患者顺利手术,平安康复。Objective To discuss the nursing strategy of computer-assisted navigation technology in the treatment of maxillofacial old fractures.Methods Clinical data of 44 patients with maxillofacial old fractures treated in Shanghai 9th Hospital from January 2007 to December 2012 were analyzed retrospectively.They were treated by open reduction and rigid fixation under the guidance of computer-assisted navigation system with mental health evaluated and effective nursing before the surgery.Results By preoperative surgical plan,simulation and effective nursing,all the patients had successful operations and safely get through the perioperative period with no incidence of complication.Conclusion The psychological health correctly estimated before and after the surgery with effective nursing can ensure the computer-assisted navigation technology in the treatment of maxillofacial old fractures and safely rehabilitation.
