摘  要:当今,我国法制体系逐步完善,人们普遍树立了法律意识。作为一名普通生物教师,应该培养学生的法律意识,使学生成为遵纪守法的良好公民。在生物教学中渗透法制教育是对学生进行法制教育的一条重要途径,也是实施法制教育的必由之路。高中生物教材中蕴涵着丰富的法制教育,在教学中结合生物学知识,挖掘生物学教材中法制教育的要点,使生物科学知识教育与法制教育的内容紧密结合。让受教育者在掌握生物知识的同时,对法律及法规有一定的了解,增强他们的法律意识。Today, people have formed the legal consciousness in general with the legal system gradually per-fecting in China. As an ordinary biology teacher, one should cultivate students' legal consciousness, to make them become law-abiding citizens. Permeating the biological legal system education is not only an important way to carry out the legal education but also the only way to put the legal education into effect. There are abundant of legal system education in textbook of senior biology, meanwhile, combining the biological Knowledge with legal system in education to dig up the main point of legal system education from the text-book, in order to make the biological science knowledge education and the content of the legal system educa-tion closed. Make educates have certain knowledge of laws and regulations in the case of grasping biological knowledge, so as to enhance their legal consciousness.
