独立学院实施“校企合作”的优势与劣势分析

摘　　要：独立学院拥有较为灵活的办学机制和新的管理体制,"与企业的天然亲近性"和"高校行政化影响小",使独立学院"校企合作"具有自身的优势;但体制缺陷、人才短板、模式趋同又使独立学院的"校企合作"面临诸多掣肘。独立学院应找准学院与企业合作的利益均衡点,认识自身在"校企合作"中的优势和劣势,扬长避短,与公办普通本科院校和职业教育学校错位竞争,在"校企合作"方面取得实质性突破,取得后发优势。The independent institute has a more flexible mechanism and the new management system,it also holds its own advantages of ＂Natural affinity with the enterprise＂ and ＂little influence of college administration＂; but the defects of the system,lack of elites,and model similarities made the ＂School Enterprise Cooperation＂ face manyconstraints.The independent institute should balance of interests of college and enterprise cooperation,understand of their own advantages and disadvantages in the ＂School Enterprise Cooperation＂,and compete with public universities and vocational institute,then,achieve substantial breakthroughs in the ＂School Enterprise Cooperation＂.
