摘 要:职业教育是在实际生活过程中孕育并展开的,其在本质上是"去学校化"的。无论是农业社会的学徒制,还是工业社会早期的学校职业教育,都是深深的扎根于现实生活当中,与人的生产、生活紧密结合。随着工业化的深入发展,职业教育日渐走向与生活疏离的道路,建构并完善了与实际生活过程脱离的学校职业教育体系。在后工业化的进程中,多元合作成为时代的主题。目前,我国单一、封闭的学校职业教育体系难以适应后工业化条件下的职业教育全程性、终身性、开放性和流动性的要求,这就要求破除学校职业教育思维,建立多元合作的职业教育组织体系,彻底丢掉复制、模仿和靠拢普通教育的错误想法和做法,建立以生活为根本的新型的职业教育哲学观,从而引导职业教育回归人的实际生活。Vocational education was breeds and expand with the process of real life, it is essentially deschooling. Both apprenticeship in agricultural society, and school vocational education of early industrial society, they are deeply rooted in real life and people's production. With the further development of industrialization, the vocational education increasingly was alienation of real life, constructing and perfecting the school vocational education system. In the process of post-industrialization, cooperation become the theme of the era. At present, our single, closed school vocational education system is difficult to adapt to requirements, which is wholeness openness and liquidity of vocational education under the condition of postndustrialization. This needs to break the school vocational education thought, establish a multivariate cooperation system of vocational education system, thoroughly losting the wrong ideas and practices of copying, imitating ordinary education, establishing a new vocational education philosophy to guide the professional education returning to people's real life.
