摘　　要：食品企业风险分级分类监管是国际通行的做法。文中深入调查了德国食品企业风险分级分类监管工作,从法律体系、制度运行机制、运行模式、风险评价体系等方面对该项制度进行了分析和探讨,提出了我国建立并实施相关制度的建议。Risk classification and supervision in food enterprise is common in foreign countries. This paper ana- lyzed the risk classification system of food enterprise in Germany, discussed the legislation, implementation, operation system and the risk classification methods. This paper gives adviees on the establishment and implementation of the same system in China.
