从我国高职高专招生与就业现状看职业教育的发展

摘　　要："职业教育是经济发展的秘密武器"的论断已被世界公认。我国的职业教育起步较晚,以高职高专教育为主,近年,高职高专教育出现了招生难与就业易的矛盾。文章分析了高职高专教育出现这一矛盾的主要原因,并对我国职业教育体系发展提出建立职业教育本科以上体系、深化教学改革和校企合作,产学结合三点建议。＂The vocational education is the secret weapon of economic development＂ has been acknowledged worldwide. Vocational education started lately in China, and focused on the higher vocational education. Education in higher vocational colleges is currently faced with one difficulty in enrollment and employment. The paper analyzed the main causes of the conflict, and proposed three recommendations：establishing China＆#39;s vocational education system proposed to a Bachelor, deepening the teaching reform and cooperation between schools and enterprises, integration of production and vocational education.
