摘　　要：建立阿胶中马和驴成分高特异、高灵敏的实时荧光聚合酶链式反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)检测方法。选择马和驴线粒体基因tRNA-Thr及D-loop区为靶序列,设计合成特异引物,通过普通PCR和实时荧光PCR检测,结果表明,这两对引物能够准确检测阿胶或动物胶中马和驴成分。In this study,we established a highly specific and sensitive real-time polymerase chain reaction （PCR） method to detect horse and donkey components in donkey hide glue.The mitochondrial tRNA-Thr gene of horse and the mitochondrial D-loop region of donkey were selected as target sequences for the designing of specific primers.In conventional and realtime PCR assays,horse and donkey ingredients could be specifically detected using both primer pairs.
