摘 要:目的探讨我省高等护理人才需求状况。方法对全省各级各类医院护理人员进行抽样问卷调查,了解现阶段临床护理人员学历结构、职称结构、年龄结构及临床对护理人才需求情况。结果三级医院大专以上学历占89.68%,二级医院大专以上学历占90.57%。第一学历本科护理人员严重短缺,三级医院仅为3.23%、二级医院仅为3.07%。护理人员高级职称比例偏低,三级医院占12.58%,二级医院占9.43%。45岁以上年龄占6.46%,36~44岁占22.62%,35岁以下年龄占70.92%。临床对大专毕业生需求最大。结论护理人员职称结构偏低,护理队伍年轻化,应调整护理教育方向与临床需求相适应。Objective To study the demand of higher nursing talents in Henan Province. Methods Nursing staff from all kinds of hospitals in Henan province were sampling surveyed by questionnaire to understand the education level, professional title, age and clinical demand of nursing at the present stage. Results Nurses with three-year college degree or above in the third class hospi- tals accounted for 89.68%, 90.57% in the second class hospitals. Nurses whose first degree was Bachelor degree accounted for a low proportion. Only 3.32% nurses whose first degree was Bachelor degree in the third class hospitals, 3. 070/00 in the second-class hospitals. Senior professional titles of nurse accounted for a low proportion. Senior professional titles of nurse in the third class hospitals accounted for 12.58%, 9. 43% in the second-class hospitals. Nurses over 45 years old accounted for 6.46%, 36 to 44 years old accounted for 22.62%, under 35 years old accounted for 70.92%. The largest demand in hospital was three-year college graduates. Conclusion Most nursing staff has low professional title and the nurse team becomes younger. It is urgent to adjust higher nursing education to the clinical needs.
