师范大学师资培养方式改革——以S师范大学免费师范生教育政策为例

摘　　要：在教育综合改革的背景下,师范大学师资培养制度改革将何去何从?S师范大学承担着国家免费师范生培养的任务,肩负着乡村基础教育质量整体提升的重任。面对国家政策与学校发展的双重困境,S师范大学藉由免费师范生培养政策探寻出一系列因地制宜的政策。通过免费师范生政策既回应着国家的教育综合改革,又催生着自身的转型与改革。NormaI university is resPonsibIe for the training of the tuition-free normaI students and for the overaII imProvement of basic education in the ruraI areas. Facing the doubIe ProbIem of state PoIicy and university deveIoPment,normaI university shouId find a way out by making suitabIe PoIicies to resPond the state tuition-free normaI students training PoIicy and to cater for the transformation of the university.
