现代人才观念下高校课程考试改革的思考

摘　　要：本文通过对现代人才观特点的研究,深入分析阐述了现代人才观对学校教育的指导意义,阐明了目前高校课程考试对现代人才观的诸多不适应,论证了考试改革的必要性、重要性及紧迫性,提出了在现代人才观指导下高校课程改革的思路。Through the research on characteristics of modem concept on talents, This article deeply analysis and expounds the modem talent view of the significance of guiding of school education ,and clarifies the college course exam many don＇t adapt to the modem talent view .It demonstrates the necessity and urgency of the exam reform and put forward in the modem talent view under the guidance of college curriculum reform train of thought.
