摘 要:本文全面梳理了中国期刊全文数据库自2002年以来公开发表的关于农村教师培养的研究文献,在教师教育大学化和薄弱地区学校教师培养的综合化视角下探讨了当前我国农村教师培养机构和培养过程的改革。研究发现,在农村教师培养机构和教师教育学科制度方面,农村教师的培养呈现出"去农村化"和"去师范性"的特征;在培养模式和课程设置方面,涌现出了全科型农村小学教师培养的新模式;在师范生的教学和学习方式上,面向农村教育需求的师范生深层学习和顶岗实习的实践学习是近年来广受关注的改革实践。从综合化视角来看,"订单式培养""硕师计划"等实践探索力图将农村教师的非常规聘任与高质量培养结合起来,塑造一支高质量的农村教师队伍。Under the theoretical framework of upgrading teacher preparation to higher education level and connecting alter- native employment to high-quality preparation, the paper reviews journal essays from the CNKI database published after 2002 on preparation school teachers for rural areas. The research points the following major shifts in rural school teacher preparation. First, the traditional teacher preparation institutes has been de-professionalized and de-normalized to various types of higher education institutes. Second, the teaching and curriculum design of rural school teacher preparation has prompted initiatives to meet the requirements of high-need schools including lengthening students teaching, implementing deep teaching and multi-subjects classroom teacher preparation. Third, the connection of alternative employment policies and high-quality preparation has a positive effect in recruiting and retaining high-quality rural school teachers.
