摘 要:目的比较不同干预方式提高某校高职医学生营养知识的效果,为制定有效的营养干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,抽取某校高职医学生319名,用自行设计问卷进行调查。结果干预前后学生营养知识知晓率总体上有显著提高(P<0.05),知晓率等级差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);通过宣传海报、校园广播和黑板报宣传方式进行干预的学生干预前后营养知识知晓率等级差异无统计学意义(P=0.179);通过宣传海报、校园广播、黑板报宣传和接受营养相关课程方式进行干预的学生干预前后营养知识知晓率等级有显著提高(P<0.001)。结论该校高职医学生的营养知识知晓率较低,宣传海报、校园广播和黑板报宣传的传统营养干预方式效果不明显。营养相关课程是最为有效的干预方式,建议各医学院校开设营养相关课程以增强学生营养知识。Objective The aim of this study was to compare the effects of various means of intervention adopted to improve nutrition knowledge among medical students in one vocational school in Shanghai, in order to provide scientific evidence for nutritional education and intervention. Methods A total of 319 students were selected using stratified cluster random sampling and investigated by a self designed questionnaire. Results The awareness of nutritional knowledge among students were improved(P〈0.05) overall after the intervention. There were significant differences(P〈0.001) in level of awareness before and after intervention. There was no difference(P=0.179) in level of awareness before and after intervention by putting posters in campus, putting bulletin boards and campus broadcasting. There were significant differences(P 0.001) in level of awareness before and after intervention by establishing nutritional curriculum, putting posters in campus, putting bulletin boards and campus broadcasting. Conclusion Medical students in the vocational school had poor awareness of nutritional knowledge. Nutritional curriculums were the most effective way of intervention. Nutrition-related course should be lectured in medical colleges and universities to enhance the nutritional knowledge among the students.
