职业相关父母支持对大学生职业决策困难的影响

摘　　要：通过实证调查发现,不同性别、是否为独生子女以及不同生源地的大学生得到的职业相关父母支持是不同的。大学生的职业决策困难水平居中,男生的职业决策困难程度要高于女生。职业相关的父母支持越多,大学生职业决策困难水平越低。因此,应加强建立职业相关父母支持系统,倡导多元化职业指导形式以及采取父母支持与学校支持相结合的职业指导方针。Through empirical survey, we found that： mean scores in professional-related parental support are different between male and female students, between only child and non-only child students, among students from different hometowns. Mean score in career decision-making difficulties of college students is moderate and boys＂ mean score is higher than girls＇. The more professional-related support college students obtained from their parents, the less career decision-making difficulties they encountered. Therefore, we should strengthen the system of professional-related parental support, initiate different sorts of career guidance and integrate parents with school teachers for college students career counseling.
