摘　　要：采用系统分析、比较、演绎、归纳及与教学实践相结合的方法,对有机合成课程的教学内容及教材体系进行了改革探索,建立了基于分子的基本骨架、连接在骨架上的官能团以及立体构型的变换所构成的有机化合物结构体系的教学内容及教材体系,明确了有机合成的根本任务,激发了学生的学习积极性,提高了教学效果.Combined with teaching practice, reform of teaching contents and teaching material system of organic synthesis was researched through methods of system analysis, comparison, deduction and induction. Structural system of organic compounds including basic skeleton of molecular, functional groups and transformation of stereo configurations was established. This teaching mode cleared the basic task of organic synthesis, inspired the studentsI learning enthusiasm and improved the teaching effect via long-term teaching practice.
