摘  要:目的建立高效液相色谱法同时检测肉制品中柠檬黄、诱惑红、赤鲜红、亮蓝、靛蓝、胭脂红、红2G、日落黄、苋菜红等9种合成色素的方法。方法肉样用1%高氯酸提取、离心,提取液经过聚酰胺/C18混合固相萃取柱净化,3 ml无水乙醇-氨水溶液-水(7∶2∶1,V/V)溶液洗脱,洗脱液浓缩后进行反相液相色谱测定,甲醇-0.02 mol/L乙酸铵溶液梯度洗脱,二极管阵列检测器检测。结果 9种合成色素在1.0μg/ml^20.0μg/ml范围内线性关系较好,相关系数r2>0.999,本方法肉制品中9种合成色素的检出限为0.1 mg/kg,定量限为0.4 mg/kg,回收率在86.0%~98.3%之间,相对标准偏差在1.03%~3.9%之间。结论该方法简单、快速、准确,适用于肉制品中9种合成色素的同时检测。Objective A high performance liquid chromatography methods( HPLC) was developed to detect 9 artificial pigments in meat products. Methods Sample was extract with 1% perchloric acid,purified with polyamide / C18 mixture SPE column after centrifugation,3 milliliter alcohol-ammonia aqueous-water was used for elution,then the analytes were separated by HPLC after concentration,and detected by PDA detector. Results The linear ranges for the 9 artificial pigments were1. 0 μg / ml - 20. 0 μg / ml,the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0. 999,the limits of quantitition( LOQ) and detection( LOD) were 0. 4 mg / kg,0. 1 mg / kg,respectively. The recoveries of the 9 artificial pigments were in the ranges from86. 0% to 98. 3%,and the relative standard deviations were from 1. 03% to 3. 9%. Conclusion This method is simple,fast and accurate,and could meet the needs for simultaneous detection of 9 artificial pigments in meat products.
